Our preform heater is designed and manufactured in accordance to indian as well as international standard to meet their requirements. Our preform heater enables the easy expansion of the mould in the blow moulding machine. The heater oven is used as an intermediary attachment for the blow moulding plant. It also finds application to pre heat the moulds before they get actually used in the blow moulding machines. Our perform heater oven uses the convection or the infrared to heat the mould.
 

Backed by competent personnel, we manufacture and export two blow one conveyor systems used to blow many geometric plastic containers. As the name suggests, the machine develops pet bi-oriented containers in two stages. The manufactured containers further find application in packaging of mineral water, distilled water, juice, liquor, edible oil, carbonated drink, food, candy, sauce, pharmacy, cosmetic and detergent. The conveyor system has efficiency of producing 1000 bottles per hour. The machine is featured with compact in size, simple structure, low power consumption and low investment cost. In addition, it has also following salient features:

• Equipped with built-in automatic microprocessor
• Use of excellent quality cylinders and valves
• The stretching unit applies sliding guide, with the stretching length adjustable according to the height of the bottle
• The pressure reduction adjustable valve controls the speed of the stretching and of the die opening and closing
• Excessive compressed air is exhausted through a silencer
